- Approved a donation of $1200 to Read’s Cemetary.
- Received the Parks, Recreation and Facilities Quarterly Activity Report for information.

- Road Bridge Rehabilitations.
- Supply of Granular “M” for Maintenance of Unpaved Roads.
- One-year contract extensions approved with Grant Bartholomew for the provision of grass cutting in the Township.
- Supply and Application of Liquid Dust Suppressant (Calcium).
- HL-2 Asphalt Overlay and HL-4 Asphalt Overlay.
- Received a Staff Report regarding 2026 Commercial/Industrial Vacant and Excess Land Reduction Removal for information.
- Received a Staff Report regarding Council Compensation Review 2026-2030.

- Approved By-Law 3848-2026 – Development Agreement (2714 McIntosh Road)
