THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF AUGUSTA
BY-LAW NUMBER 2823
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE SALE OF LANDS
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Augusta is the owner of lands described as:
Lots 21 and 24, Plan 1070; Township of Augusta, County of Grenville
Being all of PINS 68167-0195 (LT) and 68167-0198 (LT)
AND WHEREAS these lands were received by the Corporation of the Township as security
for the developer completing various works under the Subdivision Agreement;
AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township has completed the said works and requires
the sale of these lands to recover expenses incurred;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Augusta enacts as
follows:
1. That the Corporation of the Township of Augusta conveys to Connect-It Construction Inc.
the lands described herein.
2. That the Reeve and CAO are hereby authorized to execute such documents as are
necessary to affect the conveyance and to affix the Corporation’s seal thereon.
