THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF AUGUSTA
BY-LAW NUMBER 2824
A BY-LAW TO AUTHORIZE THE SALE OF LANDS
WHEREAS the Corporation of the Township of Augusta is the owner of land described as:
Part of Lot 16, Concession 1, Township of Augusta, County of Grenville
Being Part 1 on Plan 15R-11117, being part of PIN 68181-0212(LT)
AND WHEREAS this property is part of the Township Business Park which has been
advertised for sale and development;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Augusta enacts as
follows:
1. That the Corporation of the Township of Augusta conveys to 7506201 Canada Inc the
lands described herein.
2. That the Reeve and CAO are hereby authorized to execute such documents as are
necessary to affect the conveyance and to affix the Corporation’s seal thereon.
READ a first and second time this 29th day of March, 2010.
