BEING A BY-LAW TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH
EDWARD AND GEORGE ROBINSON
WHEREAS the Municipal Act, 2001 c. 25 S.O. 2001 section 8 allows for the Powers of a Natural
Person and those powers may include the entering into an agreement.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Township of Augusta hereby enacts as follows that:
1. That the Township of Augusta enter into an agreement with Edward and George Robinson
for an entrance way at the Maynard Transfer Station, being on the South Part of Lot 10,
Concession 3, Township of Augusta.
2. The CAC is hereby authorized to sign the agreement on behalf of the Corporation of the
Township of Augusta.
READ a first and second time this 26th day of April, 2011.

THIS TEMPORARY AGREEMENT made this
day of April, 2011
BETWEEN: The Corporation of the Township of Augusta,
hereinafter called the “Township”
OF THE FIRST PART
– and –
Edward John Robinson
and
George Alexander Robinson
hereinafter called “Robinsons”
OF THE SECOND PART.
WHEREAS this is a temporary agreement between the Township and the
Robinsons, owner of the 40ft of land directly west of The Maynard Transfer Station,
RR2 Prescott Ontario; being located on the South Part of Lot 10, Concession 3,
Township of Augusta.
AND WHEREAS this agreement will allow the Township to enter and construct an
entrance way across the property owned by the Robinsons, at the above noted
location;
NOW THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH that in consideration of the
mutual covenants hereinafter contained the parties hereby covenant and agree as
follows:
1. The Township will survey an entrance way easement, with site plan, prior to
years end, 2011. The Robinsons will grant this easement to the Township
and such documents will be registered on title at no cost to the Robinsons.
IN WITNESS THEREOF the Corporation has caused its Corporate Seal to be affixed
as attested to by the hands of its proper Officers in that behalf and the Owners has
hereunto set his hand and seal.
