2898-2011 Transfer of Township Property (Donnelly Subdivision)
BEING A BY-LAW TO APPROVE THE TRANSFER OF BLOCK 42 OF THE DONNELLY SUBDIVISION

THE CORPORATION OF TUE TOWNSHIP OF AUGUSTA
BY-LAWNUMBER 2898
BEING a By-Law to approve the transfer of Block 42 of the Donnelly Subdivision.
WHEREAS authority is given pursuant to Section 5 1(26) of the Planning Act for a
municipality to enter into a subdivision agreement.
AND WHEREAS Block 43 has been removed allowing the subdivision to enter into Phase
Two of the subdivision agreement
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Corporation of the Township of
Augusta enacts as follows:
1. That Block 42 Pin #68183-0044 be transferred into the name of P.F. Donnelly
Construction Limited and merge in title with Lot 10 of the Donnelly Subdivision.
Read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 26 day of September, 2011
