BY-LAW NUMBER 3202-2015
BEING A BY-LAW TO TRANSFER CERTAIN LANDS
WHEREAS Michael Thomas Edward Gonczowski is currently the owner of lands more
particularly described as Part of Lot 12, Concession 3, Township of Augusta, designated
Parts 1 and 4 on a Plan of Survey deposited in the Registry Office for the Registry
Division of Grenville (No. 15) on the 25th day of August, 2015 as 15R1 1707;
AND WHEREAS Parts 2 and 3 on the said 15R1 1604 are comprised of part of the
Road Allowance between Lots 12 and 13, Concession 3, Township of Augusta;
AND WHEREAS no persons would be deprived of a right of access
by the closure of the Road Allowance.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Corporation of the Township of Augusta enacts
As follows:
1) That portion of the Road Allowance between Lots 12 and 13, Concession 3,
Township of Augusta, County of Grenville, designated as Parts 2 and 3, 15R1
1707 be and are hereby stopped up and closed;
2) That portion of the Road Allowance itemized in Paragraph 1) be-conveyed to the
adjacent land owner, Michael Thomas Edward Gonczowski for the sum of $1.00;
3) That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a Transfer of Parts 2
and 3, 15R11707.
READ a first and second time this 26 day of October, 2015.
READ a third time and passed this 26 day of October, 2015.
