THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF AUGUSTA
BY-LAW NUMBER 371 5-2024
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 3679-2024 BEING A BY-LAW TO REGULATE
PARKING IN THE TOWNSHIP OF AUGUSTA
WHEREAS By-Law 3679-2024 being a By-Law to regulate Parking in the Township of
Augusta was passed on January 29, 2024; and
AND WHEREAS Council passed a resolution on April 15th 2024 to place no parking
signs of the north side of 4th concession road (across from the ball field);
AND WHEREAS it is deemed advisable and expedient to amend such By-Law;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Corporation of the Township of
Augusta enacts as follows:
1. THAT Schedule A, item # 1 be amended to add: on the north side of the Road
only.
2. THAT the remainder of the By-Law shall remain in full force and effect.
3. THAT this By-Law shall come into full force and effect at the time of passing.
Read a first, second, and third time and finally passed this 27th day of May 2024.
