THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF AUGUSTA
BY-LAW NUMBER 3748-2024
A BY-LAW TO REPEAL BY-LAWS 3227-2016, 3262-2016 and 3629-2023
WHEREAS on February 29, 2016 Council passed a By-Law to appoint a municipal clerk;
AND WHEREAS on October 11, 2016 Council passed a By-Law to appoint a person to issue marriage certificates;
AND WHEREAS on March 27, 2023 Council passed a By-Law to provide civil marriage services;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Augusta enacts as follows:
1. That By-Laws 3227-2016, 3262-2016 and 3629-2023 are hereby repealed.
2. This By-Law shall come into force and effect upon the date of the final passing thereof.
