The Corporation Of The Township Of Augusta By-law Number 2467 A By-law To Authorize The Establishment Of Certain Personnel Policies For The Township Whereasitisprudenttohavecertain Personnel Policies Established For The Operation Of The Township, And To Set-out Documentation For The Employees And Members Of Council. Nowthereforethecouncilofthetownshipofaugustaauthorize The Establishment Of The Following Three Personnel Polices For It’s Employees. 1)safety Clothing & Equipment Policy – Cps 4001 Toensurethatallappropriatesafetyclothingandequipmentisusedtoprevent Accidents And Lost Time Injuries. 2)retirement & Termination Policy – Cpe 2113 Toestablishapolicywherebythecouncilrecognizes The Contribution Made Byemployeeswhoretirefromemployment With The Township Under The Normalretirementprovisions Required By The Regulations Governing Retirements Undertheontariomunicipalretirementsystem, Or Voluntarily Terminates Employment With The Township. 3)long Service Awards Policy – Cpe 2122 Toestablishapolicywhereby The Council Recognizes The Contribution Made Byemployeeswhohaveprovidedemploymentservicetothetownshipbythe Continuity Of Their Employment Over A Period Of Time.
