The Township of Augusta Council consists of the Mayor and four Councillors elected at large. Together, they provide leadership and governance for the community, making decisions that shape the present and future of our municipality.

Council Meetings
Regular meetings of Council are typically held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m., except during July, August, and December, when only one meeting is scheduled. Meetings take place in Council Chambers at the Augusta Township Office, 3560 County Road 26, Prescott.
All Council meetings are open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend and participate in the local decision-making process. Meetings are also recorded and uploaded on the Township’s official YouTube Channel – Augusta Township, so you can stay informed even if you can’t attend in person.

Please note: Any letters or other correspondence submitted to Council may become part of the public record and could be made available to the public through the Council Agenda and Meeting process.
The Augusta Township Council is composed of the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and three Councillors. The current term began on November 15, 2022, and will conclude on November 14, 2026. Residents are encouraged to reach out to their elected officials with any questions or concerns.
