The Township of Augusta Council consists of the Mayor and four Councillors elected at large. Together, they provide leadership and governance for the community, making decisions that shape the present and future of our municipality.

Council Meetings
Regular Council meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m. Meetings take place in Council Chambers at the Augusta Township Office, 3560 County Road 26, Prescott. During July, August, and December, only one meeting is scheduled.
All Council meetings are open to the public, and residents are encouraged to attend and take part in the local decision‑making process. Meetings are also recorded and posted on the Township’s official YouTube channel, Augusta Township, allowing you to stay informed even if you cannot attend in person.

The Augusta Township Council consists of the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and three Councillors. The current Council term began on November 15, 2022, and will conclude on November 14, 2026. Residents are encouraged to contact their elected officials with any questions or concerns.
