Prescott Family Health Team
The Prescott Family Health Team are excited to announce that on December 4th, they are partnering with Rideau Community Health Service to provide diabetes foot care screenings for all residents of South Grenville and neighboring communities, including unattached patients. They aim to raise awareness about diabetes-related foot disease and provide screenings for it.
This event will be facilitated by a team of Registered Nurses who will provide diabetes foot exams (as recommended by Diabetes Canada Guidelines).
