The Rideau Valley Conservation Authority has a number of programs available to assist farmers and rural residents with undertaking projects in our watershed.  They provide assistance through grants, professional services and technical advice. Rural Clean Water Program

We offer financial and technical assistance to farmers and rural residents undertaking projects to protect and improve water quality. Grants are available for different project categories, including well decommissioning, septic repair/replacement, erosion control, manure storage, controlled tile drainage, watercourse fencing, cover crops, and many more. Shoreline Naturalization Program

Green Acres Reforestation Program

The RVCA offers a full service reforestation program to all residents in the Rideau Valley Watershed. Our professional tree planting program has planted over 5.7 million trees since 1983 and is looking to plant more. To learn more, please click HERE.
