The Council of the Township of Augusta declares the following as surplus and hereby gives notice of their intention to permanently close and sell the property to an adjoining landowner. The part of the road allowance generally described as a portion of the unopened road allowance located to the east of Lot 37, in Concession 2, Township Augusta, being part of PIN 68182-0051; located between 2100 and 2934 2nd Concession Road.
