TAKE NOTICE THAT Council of the Corporation of the Township of Augusta has received a
request to remove the Holding (H) Symbol on lands located on Jones Court, Maitland
(currently part of 22 Jones Court. Maitland), pursuant to the provisions of the Planning Act,
R.S.O. 1990, c.P.13, as amended.
Council may make a decision to pass the proposed Zoning By-law amendment to remove the
Holding “H” symbol on all or part of the subject lands as early as June 8, 2026, but may
consider the amendment at a later date.
If you wish to receive a copy of the amending by-law or the refusal to the request, you must
make a written request to the Clerk, Township of Augusta, 3560 County Road 26, Prescott,
