On October 6th, 2025, the Township of Augusta will close the public tender for Contract 2025-03 – Fire Code Remediation at the Roebuck Community Hall, located at 7024 County Road 18, Spencerville, Ontario. Sealed tenders must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. local time on October 6th, 2025, at the Augusta Municipal Office, 3560 County Road 26, Prescott, Ontario. Tenders will be opened shortly after closing at the same location.
The scope of work includes fire code remediation to meet a 45-minute fire separation rating for mechanical and electrical rooms. A mandatory site visit for all interested bidders will take place on Thursday, September 18th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at 7024 County Road 18, Spencerville. Only those who attend the full site visit and sign in will be eligible to submit a bid.
