Transfer Station staff have asked us to remind all residents that bags of household waste must be under 40 lb and in clear or transparent bags.
They have been seeing an increase in residents trying to dispose of garbage in black/green garbage bags lately, particularly at the Maynard site.
Black/green garbage bags will not be accepted at either of our Transfer Stations.
