Augusta Township provides an after-hours maintenance emergency hotline for residents to report urgent safety or infrastructure concerns that cannot wait until the next business day.
If you notice hazards on Township roads such as downed trees, flooding, or other immediate dangers after 4:30 p.m. on weekdays or during weekends, please call:
613-925-4231, ext. 311.
If your call is not answered, please leave a detailed message so staff can respond promptly.
Please note: This hotline is for urgent safety and infrastructure matters only. It does not handle general inquiries, tax questions, waste or recycling issues, animal control concerns, or requests for road grading or plowing.
During regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.), residents should continue to call ext. 301 for all maintenance or service requests.
