BY -LAW NUMBER 3203-2015
BEING A BY-LAW TO ESTABLISH AND DEDICATE PT BLK C. PLAN 1070,
LYING NORTH OF BLOCK E. PLAN 1070, AND THE WESTERLY
EXTENSION OF SAID NORTHERLY LIMIT TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH
THE WESTERLY LIMIT OF SAID BLOCK C. PLAN 1070 AS ACCESS TO
CORBETT STREET
WHEREAS Section 31(2) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 2001, allows the council of
every municipality to pass by-laws in respect of establishing a highway;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Augusta
wishes to designate these lands as described as PT BLK C, PLAN 1070, lying
north of Block E, PLAN No. 1070,and the Westerly extension of said Northerly
limit to its intersection with the Westerly limit of said Block C,PLAN No. 1070
as part of included PINS access to Corbett Street:
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Augusta enacts
as follows:
1. That the following lands be established and dedicate the attached
schedule as part access to Corbett Street:
PT BLK C,PLAN 1070,1ying north of Block E,PLAN
No.1 070, and the Westerly extension of said
Northerly limit to its intersection with the Westerly
limit of said Block C,PLAN No.1 070.
2. That this by-law be registered on title in the local Registry Office pursuant
to the Municipal Act.
3. This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of
approval by the council of the Corporation of the Township of
Augusta.
