AUGUSTA TOWNSHIP HAS AN AFTER HOUR LINE
Effective August 6, 2020, the Township has set up an extension to allow residents to report urgent safety and infrastructure matters that cannot wait until the next business day.
When residents notice hazards on Township roads (trees down, flooding etc.) and it is after 4:30 pm on a weekday or on the weekend, they can call this number to make Township aware of the hazard.
The phone number is 613-925-4231 and select extension 311. If the call is not answered directly, PLEASE LEAVE A DETAILED MESSAGE.
Urgent safety and infrastructure matters do not include: general inquiries, tax questions, waste or recycling issues, animal control problems or to report that a road needs grading/plowing.
During regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm), residents are still encouraged to call the Public Works & Recreation Coordinator at extension 301 to report any issues or email mmoore@augusta.ca.
