BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 3645-2023 BEING A BY-LAW RESPECTING THE REGULATION, CONTROL, PROTECTION AND IDENTIFICATION OF DOGS IN THE TOWNSHIP OF AUGUSTA

THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF AUGUSTA
BY-LAW NUMBER 3691 -2024
BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW 3645-2023 BEING A BY-LAW RESPECTING
THE REGULATION, CONTROL, PROTECTION, AND IDENTIFICATION OF DOGS IN
THE TOWNSHIP OF AUGUSTA
WHEREAS By-Law 3645-2023 being a By-Law respecting The Regulation, Control,
Protection, And Identification of Dogs in The Township of Augusta was passed on
August 14, 2023; and
AND WHEREAS it is deemed advisable and expedient to amend such By-Law;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Corporation of the Township of
Augusta enacts as follows:
1. THAT Section 10.3 Schedules “A” and “B” shall constitute part of this By-Law be
removed and be replace with Schedules “A”, “B” and “C” shall constitute part of this
By-Law.
2. THAT the remainder of the By-Law shall remain in full force and effect.
3. THAT this By-Law shall come into full force and effect at the time of passing.
Read a first, second, and third time and finally passed this 26th day of February, 2024.
