The 2022 municipal election voting day will be October 24, 2022.
Advance Internet and Telephone Voting will be available starting at 10 am on October 17, 2022.
Paper, Internet and Telephone Voting will all be available on election day (October 24).

Several Clerks in Leeds & Grenville worked together to produce this video which explains what is expected of members of Council – what they’re responsible for, how the process works, what their relationship with Township staff will look like, etc.
Anyone thinking of running for Council may find this valuable when making their decision.

Notice: Nominations for Municipal Council
Notice is hereby given to the municipal electors of Augusta Township that nomination forms for the 2022 Municipal Elections may be filed with the Returning Officer (Annette Simonian) beginning May 2, 2022 until Friday, August 19, 2022 at 2 pm at the Township Office during regular business hours.
Positions for which a person may file nomination papers include:

- Deputy Mayor (1)
- Councillor (3)
