WELCOME TO THE TEAM!
The Township of Augusta council and staff would like to welcome a couple of new staff members who joined us shortly before the holidays.
Bill Elliott is our newest Public Works Operator. Bill brings with him 8 years of previous experience as a dump truck and heavy equipment operator. Bill is also a firefighter with Augusta Fire Rescue and has been helping serve our community for over 18 years.
Madison Moore has joined us our new Public Works and Recreation Coordinator. Madison has recently graduated from Nipissing University in the Business Administration program concentrating in accounting and human resources. Madison also spent the last three summers working for the Township of Augusta as a Business Administrative Summer Student with Augusta Fire Rescue. Madison has taken over this role from Kathleen Cole who has now moved into the position of Manager of Parks, Recreation & Facilities. Madison is looking forward to serving the community with any of their public works and recreation needs.
