BEING A BY-LAW TO DEEM LOTS 10 & 11, BLOCK 1, PLAN 4
TOWNSHIP OF AUGUSTA,
BEING ALL OF PIN 68173-0384 (LT)
NOT TO BE PART OF REGISTERED PLAN 4
WHEREAS Section 50(4) of the Planning Act, R.S.O, 1990, as amended, provides that
the Council of a local municipality may by by-law designate any plan of subdivision, or
part thereof, that has been registered for eight years or more, which shall be deemed not
to be a registered plan of subdivision for the purposes of subsection (3) of Section 50 of
said Act;
AND WHEREAS the plan of subdivision located in Pail of Lot 32, 33 & 34, Concession
8, Township of Augusta, was filed in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of
Grenville (No. 15) on the 13th day of October 1863, as Plan Number 4;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Augusta enacts
as follows:
1. THAT Lots 10 & 11, Block 1, Plan 4, Township of Augusta, being all of PIN
68173-0384 (LT), be hereby designated as parts of the Plan which shall be
deemed not to be a part of this registered plan of subdivision for the purposes of
Subsection 3 of Section 50 of the Planning Act.
2. THAT this By-Law shall not come into effect until such time as this By-Law is
registered by the Clerk of the Township of Augusta in the land registry office, as
required under Section 50(28) of the Planning Act.
