Over the last week, Augusta Township has been installing a new telephone system at the Township office, Public Works garage and Fire Station 1 in Maitland.
These new phones streamline the system connecting all three locations making it easier for staff to communicate and connect residents with the departments they are looking for.
Instead of calling several different numbers to reach the various departments, callers can now call one number – 613-925-4231 – and select the department/person they wish to reach at any of the 3 locations.
